This refers to the parent or caretaker of the child who has parental authority over the child and who has signed the contract with Kinderopvang Prins Vleermuis. Hereby, Prins Vleermuis assumes that this parent will coordinate any requests arising from this privacy statement with the other parent (who is not a contract parent). If the parent or caregiver who does not have a contract with Prins Vleermuis also wishes to exercise the rights, he/she may do so in coordination with the contract parent.

We distinguish between data requested at registration and data requested at intake and start of care.
At registration:
Name, address, place of residence;
Gender, date of birth, marital status, nationality and BSN;

The (registration) data will not be kept longer than necessary. The retention period for a data is determined on the one hand by legal (fiscal) retention periods and on the other hand by recommended retention periods.
Minors
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify that a visitor is 16 years of age or older. Where is the data stored?
The personal data of parents and children are kept digitally or stored in filing cabinets. The filing cabinets are located in the office. In the absence of a member of the management team, the office is locked.
All electronics such as computers, laptops and telephones are provided with a password and/or login code and are known only to those employees who are authorized to do so.
How long we store personal data
Kinderopvang Prins Vleermuis will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data in accordance with the AVG. For tax data, the statutory period of 7 to 10 years is used. For other data a maximum period of 2 years after termination of an agreement applies.

Kinderopvang Prins Vleermuis takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate
